Booking Requirements: Bookings must be made directly through Cliniko or by contacting us at hello@akaoratherapies.au. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking..... All online bookings require full payment before reading or treatment.... Cooling off period: Within the first 10 minutes of a reading, either party may cancel without penalty. A full refund will be issued. For cancellations outside of this 10-minute grace period, please refer to our Terms and Conditions for our cancellation policy..... Rescheduling and Cancellations: Rescheduling is permitted, but the new date must fall within three months of the original booking date to retain the discount. Cancellations will follow our standard policy, and the 20% discount may not apply to rescheduled bookings beyond the allowed timeframe..... Other Conditions: Services must be completed in-person at the Seaford or Cheltenham locations. Akaora Therapies reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice. By booking during the promotional period, clients agree to these terms and conditions. Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please note that we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellation Notice Period: - If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours' notice, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for a later date. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, you will forfeit your payment, and no refund will be given. - If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without notice, you will forfeit your payment, and no refund will be given. Exceptions: We may waive the cancellation fee in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
